ANNOUNCEMENT CONTENT:

• Effective from October 28, 2025, the company will officially use the new company name: Ecomcx Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company.
• For all business transactions, contracts, correspondence, invoices, and other documents, please use the new company name.
• This change of company name will not affect any legal rights, obligations, contractual relationships, and other civil obligations previously entered into by the company.
